Coblence brings tremendous industry experience to One Strategy Group. Most recently, she was the Initiative Lead at Economist Impact, part of The Economist Group, overseeing The Sustainability Project and World Ocean Initiative. At BCW, a top three global PR agency working in London and New York, Sophie led one of the firm's top 10 clients in North America, growing the business by 250 percent.

Coblence is an executive coach, having completed her training with the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program at Teachers’ College. Her expertise spans all industries with a particular interest in intercultural communication, the practice of effectively communicating across different cultures (whether nationality, gender, or ethnicity) so that teams recognize and respect the differences leading to a mutual exchange of ideas and adaptation. Sophie is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce.
