Earlier this month, we announced four new hires to our New York office, bringing significant expertise and perspective to our growing team:

  • Sarah Elbatanouny will expand her role as Operations and People Lead;
  • Johnmichael Faustini joins as Vice President, Content Strategy;
  • Noah Levine, formerly Deputy Communications Director for the New York City Mayor’s office, joins as Senior Principal;
  • And Emilie Pang, previously with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, joins as Senior Associate.

PRWeek’s Jess Ruderman covered the news, highlighting this as a key moment in the firm’s growth trajectory and the value of strategic communications advisory.

“When [One Strategy Group CEO David Meadvin] and cofounder Everett Rosenfeld founded the agency in 2022, they felt strongly that the world needed strategic advisers — not another PR firm,” Ruderman wrote.

“That starts not with a particular skillset, not with being great at media, at writing, at the things we think of as the verticals in our industry, but being great at understanding what keeps a CEO up at night and what gets them out of bed in the morning and living in their world, and then laddering strategy down from that understanding,” Meadvin told PRWeek.

The New Hires:

In her expanded role, Sarah Elbatanouny will serve as Operations and People Lead for One Strategy Group, bringing more than 20 years of global experience in people management, business operations, and talent strategy across infrastructure, media, technology, and staffing industries. Her expertise in talent acquisition, organizational scaling, leadership coaching, and business transformation positions her as a key advisor for companies navigating growth and change.

Johnmichael Faustini joins as Vice President, Content Strategy, where he will partner with clients to develop award-winning content platforms that drive engagement, enhance corporate positioning, and navigate market complexities. His expertise spans financial services, healthcare, and technology, working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business impact.‍ He previously served as the Global Head of Growth for Group SJR, a WPP company.

Senior Principal Noah Levine previously served as Deputy Communications Director in the New York City Mayor’s office and Deputy Press Secretary for Everytown for Gun Safety, the nation’s leading gun violence prevention organization. He has led communications efforts spanning Supreme Court cases, multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects, and the city’s response to the asylum seeker humanitarian crisis.‍

Emilie Pang joins as Senior Associate, supporting corporate, crisis, and internal communications clients, after previous experience with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. She brings her global experience to the company’s broad portfolio of clients.
