Sarah Elbatanouny is Operations Lead for One Strategy Group. She brings over 20 years of global experience in people management, business operations, and talent strategy across diverse industries, including infrastructure, media, technology, and staffing. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational scaling, leadership coaching, and business transformation, making her a key advisor for companies navigating growth and change.

Prior to joining One Strategy Group, Sarah held senior leadership roles in multiple high-growth and transformation-focused organizations. Most recently, she served as the Chief People Officer at The New Terminal One at JFK, where she played a pivotal role in building the people function from the ground up for a $9 billion, state-of-the-art airport development. Before that, she was the Global Chief People & Talent Officer at WorkGenius, an AI-powered freelance platform, where she helped bridge the gap between technology and human capital.

Sarah also spent several years as the Global Chief People & Operating Officer at Group SJR, a WPP company, where she oversaw talent management, operational strategy, and global expansion, scaling the company from 64 to over 200 employees across multiple markets. Her earlier career included leadership positions at Solomon Page and Robert Half International, as well as international development work with the International Executive Services Corps (IESC), where she facilitated high-level negotiations and business development strategies between the U.S. and the Middle East.

Sarah's global perspective is shaped by her experience working in Cairo, San Francisco and New York. Sarah has also overseen operations across major business hubs, including New York City, London, Toronto, and Sydney. She is known for her ability to design and implement scalable people strategies, drive cultural transformation, and build high-performing teams that align with business objectives.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Cairo University and is an active member of several community and leadership organizations, including the Community Board CB1 for Lower Manhattan and Community Council at the 1st PCT in NYC.
